19th Century Cased Daguerreotypes

Item Details

A selection of five 19th century cased daguerreotypes. The images include a young boy dressed in a decorated jacket, a handsome young gentleman, young boy in a velvet suit, seated on a rocker, and a bearded young man in a dark vested suit. The daguerreotypes are framed in embossed brass mats with red velvet piping, with embossed red velvet panels to the opposite side of the hinged frame. The outside of the cases is in an embossed dark brown gutta percha material.

good to fair, hinges broken, wear to case covers, along with edge and corner wear
