An assortment of nickel silver serveware including dishes and spoons. The group features an elongated octagonal, hammered, Bernard Rice’s Sons Apollo Sheffield platter, marked ‘BRS Nickel Silver 3077, 16’ to the base. Also included are an Apollo Sheffield footed dish with a Greek key pattern, marked ‘Apollo Sheffield Made in USA 374;’ a three-legged gravy boat with matching underplate with a grapevine motif, marked ‘Continental Ultraplate E.P.N.S, 18% = Nickel Silver’ to the base of the plate; and a reticulated flat dish marked ‘Sheffield Made in USA, W.B. Mfc Co, 2700, EP-NS.’ The assortment is completed by two nickel silver spoons, the first with a round, ladle bowl and leaf-pattern decoration, and the second with a twisted handle capped by fine geometric decoration.
