A serigraph after a serigraph by Pablo Picasso (Spanish, 1881 – 1973) titled Le Coq and a ceramic figurine of a rooster. The serigraph print published by Modern Classics, Inc., depicts a rooster with just a few lines in red, yellow, blue and black. It is signed in the plate to the lower right and is mounted under acrylic glass with a rose colored mat in a silver tone metal frame fitted with a ring for hanging. The majolica figurine depicts a green rooster with red, yellow and blue plumage perched on a reddish rock. It has no discernible mark.
Condition
- slight discoloration to the print; acrylic glass is warped and the frame is slightly scratched
