A framed copy after the painting Beatrice de Cusance by Sir Anthony van Dyck. The work depicts the celebrated beauty who married the Prince of Cantecroix, who died two years after the marriage, and subsequently married Charles IV, the Duke of Lorraine. In this work, the colors are subdued and the beauty is seen with crimped dark hair, pearl necklace and dark gown, set again an aqua and rose backdrop. The print is displayed under glass on a cream paper mat, in a mahogany frame. Wired to the back for wall attachment.
