A vintage embroidered textile by Mary Greene. This textile depicts a man, woman, and baby in traditional dress with the quote ‘To love and be loved is the greatest joy on earth.’ The textile is housed in a wooden frame and features hand written text to the verso ‘Emroidered by Mary E. Greene, West Point, N.Y. 1969’.

- moderate discoloration to image; light staining and wrinkling to fabric ground; mild to moderate wear to frame.
