This collection includes signed copies of Ishmael Reed’s books Mumbo Jumbo (Atheneum-Macmillan, c. 1972), The Terrible Twos (ibid., 1982), Writin’ Is Fightin’: Thirty-Seven Years of Boxing on Paper (ibid., c. 1988) and Airing Dirty Laundry (Addison-Wesley, 1994); a signed first edition of Reginald Martin’s Dysfunction Junction: Short Stories (Seymour-Smith Publishing Group, 1996); and signed copies of Reginald Martin’s Southern Secrets: Poems (ibid., c. 1996) and Everybody Knows What Time It Is (Pyramid Valley Books, 2000). Each book is inscribed on the title page to ‘Sha-Ron’.
