Item Details

An Empire style, mahogany and flame mahogany veneered sideboard by Henredon having a shaped backsplash, two small bow-front, dovetailed drawers atop the shaped, book matched veneered top. The lower case features a centered drawer over a decorative arch flanked by two bow-front cabinet doors. The drawer and cabinets are fitted with brass-plated circular backplates and ring pulls. The piece rises on four front turned legs that extend from the top and terminate on paw feet and two tapered and fluted back legs with paw feet. The piece is marked inside a drawer, ‘Henredon.’
