Chippendale Style Chest on Chest of Drawers

Item Details

A vintage Chippendale style chest on chest of drawers. It has a beveled top and waist, with three drawers to the top and two drawers to the bottom, which rests on a scalloped apron and ogee bracket feet. The top drawer has a faux double front and sits over a meander border, under which is a drawer with faux quadruple front. The remaining three drawers all have faux shield escutcheons. All the drawers have bails on golden batwing plates.
