Antique Chinese Wooden Box
Item Details
An antique Chinese wooden box. The square box is deep red in color and canted corners with a slightly tapered body. Two brass bands wrap around the body. The box has a lid with an open cloverleaf handle that fits into the boards side. The front panel has a foliate design framed by a thin band.
Condition
Crack in lid; Some light wear to latch; Small dents and light wear overall with slight gaps near the base; has a customs permission wax mark to the lid
