A 2008 open edition offset lithograph print titled Gallinule and Gator after well-listed Geometric Minimalist wildlife artist Charley Harper (Cincinnati, 1922 – 2007). The print depicts a small bird resting amongst the lily pads as the yellow eyes of a gator peer out from the inky darkness below. It is signed within the plate to the lower right and marked with a blind stamp from the Harper estate to the lower right margin. The title is written in graphite to the lower center margin. Presented behind a white mat, under glass in a simple black frame. It is ready to hang with a wire.
