Photograph After Walter Kuck and Stamp Featuring African Lions
Item Details
A print after photographer Walter A. Kuck presented with a stamp. The photograph depicts two African lions lounging in the shade of a tree. A cut-out in the lower left reveal a stamp from Cameroon, also depicting a lion. The piece is dedicated and signed to the verso, and a placard affixed to the lower center of the frame reads ‘Created especially for Mac & Ruth 50 years’. The piece is presented behind a mat and glass in a wood frame that is wired to the verso for hanging.
