A 14K yellow and white gold helmet shell cameo habillé diamond accented converter brooch. This brooch features a large oval helmet shell cameo, that represents the profile of a woman holding a rose and embellished with diamond accents on the earring, necklace, bracelet and back. The yellow and white gold frame has a flower motif alternating with a filigree motif. There is a hinge bail on the back, to convert the brooch to a pendant.
