A pair of Chinese shiwan ware figurines. This pair features an image of a seated Chinese villager in flowing green robes with white hair and beard; he is marked to the underside ‘China’ with the number 107. Also included is a second shiwan ware figure of a standing man in brown shorts, a green top, and the same white hair and beard, with a hat hanging behind his head; he is marked ‘China, 5’ to the underside along with the artist’s name, Wan Jiang.
