E. Lattimer Watercolor Paintings Including "Country Church Around the Bend"

A pair of watercolor paintings of landscapes on paper by an artist named E. Lattimer, including one titled Country Church Around the Bend. Both pieces are rendered with painterly daubs of yellow and green and depict sun-dappled paths leading past fields and trees toward simply-rendered structures. __Country Church Around the Bend_ depicts its titular scene in autumn while the accompanying piece features a barn and silo during what appears to be late summer. Both are signed to their lower right corners and include labels to the verso with an address and the name ‘C.E. Lattimer.’ They are both matted under glass in gold tone frames and include wires for hanging.
Condition
- fair; light wear to frame finish; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light staining to matting.
