Antique Victorian Oak Mirrored Wardrobe

An antique Victorian oak mirrored armoire. This armoire features a center, arched molded cornice accented with a pierced, carved ornament above a door with an shaped, beveled mirror and decorative cast foliate plate and brass key flanked by mirrored paneled doors with relief carved corner brackets. Below the side mirrors are cross cut oak raised panels with applied bow and wreath carvings. The three doors open to shelved storage and the piece stands on four fluted, tapered front legs joined by a serpentine aprons with delicate carved scroll embellishments. The piece has no discernible maker’s marks and includes some extra pieces.
