A signed limited edition artist’s proof lithograph on paper folio title page for the The World of Currier & Ives by Salvador Dali (Spanish, 1904-1989), executed in 1971. The folio illustrates the world of Currier & Ives as interpreted by Dali and includes the works American Yacht Races, Fire, Fire, Fire, Les Fleurs et Fruits, Central Park, Winter, New-York, American Trotting Horses I, and American Trotting Horses II. Decorated with stylized scrolling acanthus and godroon forms. Signed in graphite to the lower right and numbered edition to the lower left. The work is float mounted with a brown matting, under glass and housed in a black aluminum frame.
