A hand-knotted Caucasian Genje wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in a palette of camel, powder blue, rust, ivory, and brown/black. The field features a diagonal boteh stripe with alternating floral motifs. Framing the field is a animal’s head patterned main border with a star meander guard border. Finishing the rug are overcast selvedges and a natural warp fringe to the ends. Unlabeled.
