A finely hand-knotted signed Pakistani area rug. This rug features a color palette of pastel pink, sky blue, cream, fawn, and black. This rug has a pastel pink lozenge with zig-zag hooked sides and five geometric medallions. It is surrounded by ivory and sky blue diamond gul motifs and compound borders including bracketed florets, ‘X’ designs, and sawtooth lines. It is signed by the weaver at the corner of the rug. It has kilim skirts, overcast selvedges, and natural warp fringe to each end.
