A limited edition etching on paper by highly influential 20th century artist Marc Chagall (1887-1985) titled Psalms of David. This intaglio print depicts two agels flying over an artist seated at an easel, painting for a crowd of onlookers. The work is signed in graphite by Chagall in the lower right, and hand numbered 32 in an edition of 40. It was printed on Arches paper by Lacourière et Frélaut in Paris in 1980, and is presented under glass with a black french mat with gold liner in a wood frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso, along with a short artist bio from Austin Galleries.

Condition

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; paper backing is torn due to temporary removal of backing.
