Vintage Ansonia Wood Mantel Clock

A vintage Ansonia wood mantel clock. The clock has a wood case with a black finish and lion head side handles. The clock has a brass bezel and glass cover that displays a gold-tone embossed bezel surrounding a white face with more decorative raised scrollwork on the center, black Roman numerals and hands with two key arbors. Other features of the clock include a brass pendulum, an eight-day strike and chime mechanism and the clock stands on a plinth style base with brass scrolled feet.
