A large 1904 lithograph Palais du Louvre museum exhibition poster for Exposition des Primitifs Francais in Paris. The Art Nouveau poster designed by Auguste François Gorguet (French, 1862 – 1927) features a woman dressed in late medieval style. To the center right written in the style of a medieval manuscript is a list of the artists whose works were included in the exhibition of 14th to 16th century art. The unframed print on paper is mounted on unstretched canvas.

Condition

- paper is discolored; creases, dirt & marks throughout the image area; small tears around the outside edges; relined with paper and mounted onto canvas.
