A hand-knotted Pakistani Peshawar wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of camel, ivory, brick, rust, silver, and sepia. The camel field features a large all-over herati pattern framed in a leaf and palmette main border with floral meander guard borders. Finishing the rug are double overcast selvedges and a natural warp fringe to the ends. Labeled to the underside.
