Ceramic and Porcelain Tableware Featuring Johnson Bros. "Wild Rose"
Item Details
A selection of ceramic and porcelain tableware. It includes four decagonal ceramic plates decorated with green leaf motifs; four vintage Johnson Brothers plates in the Wild Rose pattern featuring green embossed floral borders accented with gilt trim along the subtle scalloped rims; and a H.S. Austria lidded sugar bowl decorated with blue and pink floral motifs flanked with green borders accented with gilt foliate, circa early 20th century. It is marked to the underside with the red overglaze coat of arms.
Condition
- crazing to the Johnson Brothers plates; light wear to gilt; signs of wear are consistent with use.
