Towle Weighted Sterling Candleholders and Sheffield Silver Co Vase

A set of Towle weighted sterling silver candleholders and a Sheffield Silver Company glass and weighted sterling vase. This includes two Towle weighted sterling silver candleholders with flared sconces, simple capitals, pointed knops and stepped bases. The candleholders are marked ‘Towle Sterling Weighted and Reinforced.’ These are presented with a Sheffield Silver Company glass and weighted sterling silver vase. The piece features a glass body with a wavy rim and ovoid shaped body with an etched arabesque design. The vase rests on a stepped pedestal base with a gadrooned border and comes with a glass and weighted sterling silver stopper. Both pieces are marked sterling and bear the Sheffield Silver Company marks of a knight’s helm, crown and a script ‘S.’
