A limited edition bronze sculpture titled ‘The Cowgirl’ Fannie Steele by well-listed American artist Buckeye Blake (born 1946). This piece presents the bust of a woman wearing a western hat, with her head turned to the left and braided hair over her shoulder. The work is signed in mold across the shoulders to the verso, marked 7 in an edition of 12 and dated ’84. It is presented on a wood base with a metal label plate.
