Item Details
An antique stereoscope with cards. This stereoscope features a wooden frame and viewing port with a folding handle to the underside. The stereoscope is presented with fifteen stereo cards including scenes of Mexico, Spain and Italy, as well as several cards that tell a story through pictures.
Condition
- to fair; wire card holder bent; splits and chips to wooden frame; veneer is missing from eye guard; splinters along sides of shaft.
- cards bent with some folds; photographs faded; foxing and discoloration to cards.
