A beaded embroidery portrait of a spaniel dog. This work depicts a curly-haired dog surrounded by green leaves, his mouth slightly open. The piece is mounted under glazing and a beige mat with a circular opening and is presented in an ornate gesso and gilt frame with a wire to its verso. The item is unmarked.

- minor wear throughout and minor craquelure throughout the gesso and gilt frame.
