A sterling silver figurine of the Three Wise Monkeys. The monkeys illustrate the proverbial principle of ‘see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil’. This piece shows the monkeys sitting next to one another with one covering its eyes, one covering its ears, and one covering its mouth. It is marked along the back and to the underside ‘R’ in a square and ‘3-59 FI 817 925’. The total approximate weight is 2.465 ozt.
