Antique Chinese Carved Wood Table and Mirror
Item Details
An antique Chinese carved wood table and matching mirror. The dark varnished table has a straight apron with carved rectangular medallions. The medallions are carved with genre scenes with figures and landscape. The table has double-sided legs with hexagonal plinth feet and curvilinear stretchers. The rectangular wall mirror has a recessed square carved panel to the top, carved with a medallion featuring a figure on horseback, other figures engaged in exercise, with scrolling vines and flowers to the outside. The mirror is wired to the back.

antique, condition consistent with age and use, minor finish wear with some edge chips
