Gorham "Washington Irving" Silver Plate Servers with Other American Flatware
Item Details
An assortment of American silver plate flatware. Featured are items in the Washington Irving pattern by Gorham (produced 1923-1927) including one pie server, one carving knife, one carving fork, one dinner knife, one salad fork, one dinner fork. The servers have hollow handles with stainless steel components and all are marked ‘Gorham EP’. Also included is one flat handle master butter knife by Wm. Rogers, one cold meat serving fork, one olive fork marked ‘Isabella Silverplate’, one ornate serving fork marked ‘R.&B.’ for Rogers & Bro, one bon bon spoon, three matching Sandringham handled spoons, and one unique ladle. Other maker’s include Holmes & Edwards, Wm. Rogers and Wm. Rogers & Son. The items are presented in a wooden tarnish-proof chest.
