A twenty-seven piece collection of sterling silver flatware by Easterling Co. of Chicago, IL (active 1944-1974). These are in the American Classic pattern, first introduced in 1944, which features a shaped handle with scrolled, foliate and floral accents along the edges. The collection includes eight teaspoons, four salad forks, three dinner forks, three cocktail forks, a master butter knife, three soup spoons, and a ladle, marked to the backs ‘Easterling Sterling Pat.’ They are presented with four dinner knives with hollow handles and stainless blades. The total approximate weight, excluding dinner knives with stainless blades, is 23.860 ozt.
