Antique Austrian 900 Silver and Cut Glass Cupid Figural Glue Pot

An antique Vienna, Austrian glue pot comprising diamond hobnail round cut glass body with 900 silver floral garlands, lid, and cupid finial stopper. At the end of the stopper is a small brush. The stopper and lid are both marked with the Austrian 900 silver Dianakopf, ‘A’ for Vienna, and ‘G.A.S.’ for silversmith Georg Adam Scheid active around 1862.

Condition

- signs of soldering to the garland, and one spot has broken off from the lid and has been re-glued
