Chinese Carved Cinnabar Lotus Plates

Item Details

A pair of Chinese lotus form carved cinnabar plates. The plates depict a mountainous landscape in high relief with scholarly figures and buildings structures throughout. To the underside are brass plaques with six character Qianlong reign marks.

Condition

- shallow repairs to the underside; light scratches and marks present throughout.
