Vintage Gilt Tole and Porcelain Bouquet Lamps with Three Lights
Item Details
A pair of vintage gilt tole and porcelain bouquet lamps with three lights. Each lamp features three bulb sockets with cylindrical, wooden shafts continuing to petal-form bobeches and scrolled, metal arms. The arms are joined to a central, leafy terminal with wire stems and painted, porcelain blossoms in shades of blue, purple, red, and green. The lamps rise on round, foliate-cast bases with black knobs. The back of one flower is stamped ‘Germany’.
Condition
- to fair; both lamps powered on when tested; one lamp is missing a wooden shaft; a few of the porcelain blossoms are loose/detachable from stems; a few minor imperfections to porcelain blossoms.
