Hand-Knotted and Carved Beige and Blue-Gray Wool Area Rug

A hand-knotted, carved Chinese rug made from wool pile. The rug features hand-carved embellishments including flower and leaf medallions at each outer corner and margin, two of the six medallions are larger and adjacent to one another. Tones of blue-gray to the outer borders and cream field, with pastel tones of blue, pink/mauve, peach, and green with fringe at both short ends. Unmarked.
