Antique Hand-Painted A. Klingenberg Limoges Porcelain Plates
Item Details
A set of antique hand-painted porcelain plates by A. Klingenberg Limoges. Included is one salad plate and ten bread plates, each with a moulded cartouche body and ivory rim. The pieces are decorated with a ring of hand painted mint green foliage, white daisies, and pink poppies. This motif is accented with jeweled gilt detail to the leaves and raised white details upon each flower. Each plate is finished with gilt trim and bears a green underglaze stamp and red decorator mark to the base indicating a production date between 1900-1910.
Condition
- minor marks and faint scratches throughout consistent with gentle use.
