SPEED RACER was created by the Tatsunoko Studios in Japan in 1965. The cel is signed in Japanese by Ippei Juri, the Art Director and Key Animator. This cel bears the official SPEED RACER ENTERPRISES, INC. seal and is number 3 in an Hors Commerce of 20. Includes a certificate of authenticity.
