This collection of United States postage stamps features an album that contains United States commemorative stamps ranging in age from 1909 to 1959 including two complete sets of the ten stamps in the National Parks series of commemorative stamps in various denominations, one flat plate perforated set issued in 1934 and one set of special printing imperforate set issued in 1935. Additional stamps include a Restoration of Fort Dearborn one cent and Chicago Federal Building three cent commemorative stamps from the Century of Progress series first issued in 1933, a two cent General von Steuben commemorative stamp issued in 1930, a block of four mint condition Rough Riders three cent commemorative stamps issued in 1948, a block of six mint condition three cent Thomas Jefferson postage standard postage stamps first issued in 1938, a two cent Norse-American centennial commemorative stamp and more. The postage stamps are presented loose and in two black binders on stamp pages and on separate stamp album pages with a stamp catalog, a Wonder Color Gauge, a ruler, scissors, blade, tweezers, mounts and unused recent postage stamps.
