A vintage hand-carved and painted East Asian-style hanging wooden wall panel. The panel depicts a young woman wearing a flowing red, white, green, and blue layered robe and holding a tall lotus flower in one hand a small red ball in the other. Gold foil has been applied across the background of the panel, which has a black outer border with a carved meander motif. Several lines of Chinese characters and two red artist’s seals have been hand-painted to the upper right of the piece. The panel has a pair of brass tone decorative hanging devices to its upper edge.

- a few small areas of light scratching to painted finish. Light cracking across. Patina to metal hanging devices.
