Vintage Trinket Boxes Including Inlaid Wood
Item Details
An assortment of vintage trinket boxes. Included is a miniature wood chest featuring four pull-out drawers, each with knob handle. It boasts a distressed metallic finish and is labeled to the base. Also included is a wooden box covered in mahogany tone leather, accented with a gold tone jousting motif to the lid. It is finished with gold tone hardware and is divided to the interior. Also included is a wooden trinket box. It boasts an inlaid ship to the lid. Each side is finished with a border of inlaid diamonds. The hinged lid opens to reveal three envelope style compartments. The piece is marked to the base indicating production in Japan, sale at W.C. Niblo in Mount Vernon Indiana, and dated: April 1, 1938.

- to fair; minor to small chips to finish of chest of drawers, scuffs to leather box; minor marks and various scratches throughout.
