Item Details
An oil painting on canvas. This landscape features a rural dirt road that has a cart loaded with logs stopped in front of a cottage at the edge of a wooded area. A village can be seen in the distance further along the road. It is signed illegibly to the lower right corner and presented in a gold tone frame with elaborate floral molding and wire to the verso for hanging.
Condition
- stretcher marks on sides; discoloration to verso; minor scratches along the framework.
