A vintage courting couple porcelain plaque. Made in Czechoslovakia, the piece features a hand-painted porcelain medallion with a courting couple to center and green border with gilt decoration and a gold tone metal bezel. It is float mounted to a brown velvet backing and presented in a gold tone metalwork frame with bow and garland crown piece. It is ready to hang with a bracket to the back. The plaque is marked to the verso ‘Czecho-Slovakia’ and is also marked with the letter ‘S’ surrounded by a sunburst design.

- some depressions in and minor wear to the velvet backing
