An original oil painting of a garden scene by ‘Wesley.’ This painting depicts a classical garden scene with a white avenue leading up to several stairs. A few unadorned white columns to the left corner look out onto a green field with trees and shrubbery in the distance with a blue sky and soft white clouds. The garden is in full bloom featuring roses, lupines; and various other flora in hues of blue, white, lavender, fuchsia, magenta, greens, and some yellow ochre. The oil painting is set within a painted gold-toned, deep set wooden frame with beveled edges and features an olive leaf edging with a grape leaf inner reveal border. Signed ‘Wesley’ to the lower right corner in white paint.
