A Waterford crystal bowl signed by former Design Director, Jim O’leary. The bowl has a wide rim, fluted panels with diamond cut patterns. Etched mark to the base, ‘Waterford’ and signed by Jim along one of the side panels. made in Ireland. Original box included.
Jim’s fifty year career with Waterford Crystal began in 1960. He started as a teenage apprentice, cutter, Master Cutter and then promoted to the design team in 1992. In 1998 he was appointed Design Director and the face of Waterford world wide. He became the driving force for both design and quality and he passed away in June, 2013, at age 69.
