Item Details
A selection of neoclassical gilded wood wall mirrors. The selection includes a Howard Elliott Collection mirror and one by Chelsea House of Gastonia, North Carolina. The Howard Elliott mirror features a carved depiction of an oil lamp with hanging vines over an arched mirror, the wood finished in gold-tone and rust-tone glazing. The Chelsea House mirror is oval, housed in an elaborately carved frame featuring scrolling acanthus, a shield at the top, beading, and open work. Each has a hook on the reverse for hanging.
