A Queen Anne style mahogany chair with needlepoint seat. The chair features a shaped, flame mahogany veneer crest rail over a pierced splat and slip seat. The seat is covered with a hand needlepoint canvas featuring a central rose motif in pinks, greens, and blues on a tan ground. The chair rises on front French cabriole legs joined by a bead trimmed swelled apron and slightly curved back legs.
