An antique 14K yellow gold Elgin pocket watch. The watch case is delicately and elaborately engraved with intricate patterns throughout, and it features a white enameled dial with black Roman numerals and steel blue hands, with a second hand dial in the six o’clock position. It also features a double dust cover.
