Early 20th Century Mathews Company Sterling Silver Rimmed Ash Trays
Item Details
A collection of four ashtrays by Mathews Company. that was active 1907-1936 in Newark, NJ. These feature glass bodies and sterling silver rims, each with three cigarette rests.They are marked underneath ‘sterling’, ‘6’, with the maker’s mark of a sword pierced ‘M’.
Condition
- some surface wear with markings, scratches, tarnishing, and some residue.
