A pair of similar antique side chairs in walnut, circa 1860. Each chair features a rose-carved crest rail above shaped medial rails and hand-caned seats, which rest on saber legs connected by an offset box stretcher.

- having a slight wobble; one leg as been previously shattered at joint and repaired; visible wear to chair frame and caning.
