An antique chromolithograph print depicting the lineage of the House of Hohenzollern. Depicted in the print is the last Emperors of Prussia; Kaiser Wilhelm I, Friedrich III, Wilhelm II and Crown Prince Friedrich Wilhelm. The print refers to The Year of the Three Emperors in 1888, when the sudden deaths both Wilhem I and Friedrich III lead to Prussia having three Emperors in one year. The lower most portrait is flanked by crests featuring two black eagles. The background of the print is filled with intertwining patterns of leaves and flowers, and two cherubs, one bearing a sword and one bearing a laurel. The work is presented under glass, mounted against a red backing, with a blue mat in a gilded wood frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
